Do my clients need to create an account?

Never. They open the link you send them, type the password if you set one, and they're in — on any phone, tablet or computer.

Where are my photos stored?

In data centres inside the European Union, and only there. Your photos and your clients' data never leave the EU, which keeps you and us on the right side of the GDPR.

Is anything really unlimited?

Yes: galleries, downloads and share links, on every plan. The one thing with a size is your storage, and you can move up a plan whenever you need more.

Can my clients steal my photos?

Browsing a gallery only ever shows watermarked previews — the originals stay locked away until you switch downloads on for that gallery.

What happens when I run out of space?

Your galleries stay online exactly as they are. To upload more, tidy up an old gallery or move up a plan — no data is ever deleted behind your back.

Can I leave and take my photos with me?

Of course. Your originals are yours, untouched, and you can download them whenever you like. Ask us to remove your account and everything goes with it.
